Art Imitating Music: NightwishThe world over, many artists are inspired by art of another medium: music. This universally emotional conduit has proven time and again how inspirational it can be when it comes to visual artists and the creations they bring into the world. Pretty much everyone can relate to the ethereal feeling of seeing a vision in your head when that certain song begins to play on the radio.
I, myself, am incredibly inspired by both music and lyrics in my own art, and decided to create a regular news feature specific to certain bands/musical artists to showcase the works on DA that have encapsulated those unique visions that music gives us all.
