I love the colours in this, and the way the flowers are so much bigger than the turbines.. it's a really good composition

I used the same combination of effects I explained on the previous deviation. Basically, small Gaussian blur and some layer blending.

I thought it wasn't going to be that great when I saw the thumb, but I was presently surprised. Love the softness. Thanks for sharing the tips on how to soften things like that in PS...I know of a handfull of other deviants who use similar techniques, but they all have their little different ways of doing it. I might write a tutorial later on summing up how to get the most out of Photoshop.
