Inspired by Nightwish lyrics...

This is my first major photomanipulation - while in some previous deviations I changed a couple of details, here everything is built from little pieces. I had an exact picture in my head, for quite some time, and as I had no means to draw or photograph it, photomanipulation was the only choice.

You know, when I first saw the title I immediately thought about that Nw song. Then I opened the deviation and first thing I thought were the lyrics "should I dress in white and search the sea?" and I thought "but why isn't she wearing a white dress then?". Then I looked carefully to your work.... and everything just fits the way it is.The fact that she's wearing a black dress makes the whole picture somehow stronger and deeper.. the contrast between her and the waves is just great, so is her pose, her arm stretched out.. :)
