OK, gotta write something to update my journal - the last entry is over a year old... Anyway, for those who care, I'm still around and I'm still taking pictures - I just didn't have enough time and inspiration to process them and upload on DA. I'll try to be a bit more active, and submit new pictures now and then.

Wow, I've just submitted my first deviation in almost 7 months! That was quite a long break. I have an excuse, though - I've been away for 4 months, mostly in New Zealand, but also visiting Ireland and England.

The journey has been most excellent, and I have a lot of wonderful memories - and of course, thousands of pictures from it. I'm planning to submit a few as soon as I have some time to work on them.

So, I finally got myself a Print account. A big step for me, since I've always thought of myself more as an amateur, consciously shredding off any ideas of ever selling any of my works. Well, I still don't believe I would eventially make any money out of this (or even cover my expences on the print account, for that matter ). It's just that lately quite a few people asked me when my prints would be available, so I decided to give it a try.

Following my brother's example, I decided to join a couple of DA clubs (some additional exposure never hurts). Anyway, here they are:

Well, it doesn't look like I'm all that 'underrated' anymore - I mean, with getting a DD and stuff... Never expected that kind of recognition, really. Stone Troll Symphony already got 73 favorites and still counting - and some of my older works got noticed as well
